• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, so we can improve the product.

Your information is used to deliver and improve the service — nothing more:

• To generate your films, photos, copy, and property website.
• To send you order confirmations, delivery notifications, and support responses.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To improve our AI quality and overall product experience.

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never share your listing photos with third parties for their own marketing.
• We never publish your content publicly without your action or consent.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it unless we are legally required to retain it.
