Our promise
We want you to love what we deliver. Because every order is a custom, AI-generated production created specifically for your listing, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.
Before production begins
If you cancel an order before we begin generating your assets, you are entitled to a full refund. Just reach out and we'll take care of it — no questions asked.
After delivery — quality guarantee
If the assets we deliver fall short of the quality we promise, tell us. We will first work to make it right with a revision at no cost to you. Revision availability depends on your plan.
If we're unable to deliver a result you're happy with after a reasonable revision, you may request a refund and we'll review it promptly and fairly.
What isn't refundable
- Orders where assets have been delivered, downloaded, and used in live marketing, unless there is a genuine quality issue we could not resolve.
- Change-of-mind requests after final assets have been delivered and accepted.
- Fees for optional add-ons that have already been produced.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@listingfilm.ai with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve every request fairly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.
