These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ListingFilm AI ("ListingFilm," "we," "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ListingFilm AI transforms the listing photos and details you provide into cinematic films, still imagery, marketing copy, and a property website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You agree to use ListingFilm AI only for lawful, legitimate real estate marketing. You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Misrepresent a property or create deceptive marketing.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own without written permission.

You own the marketing assets we deliver to you. Once your order is complete and paid, the films, images, copy, and website we generate are yours to use across your listings, social media, and advertising.

You retain full ownership of the original photos and property information you upload. We claim no ownership over your source content.

The ListingFilm platform, software, branding, and underlying technology remain our property. These Terms grant you a license to use the service — not ownership of the platform itself.

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Fees are charged per order or per plan as described at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

We work to deliver your assets within the timeframe shown at checkout. Revision availability depends on your plan. AI generation quality can vary, and we will make reasonable efforts to meet the standard described on our marketing pages.

The service is provided "as is." While we strive for cinematic, professional results, we do not guarantee that any asset will produce a specific business outcome such as a sale, lead, or rental. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListingFilm AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
